Services provided include general IT support for a sophisticated multi-office network and a new web site.

AIIB provide general insurance services and financial services. AIIB were keen to improve relationships with their customers and required a web site that, while being easily maintained, provided accurate information on their products, services and staff.

For the website build we conducted several design workshops with staff from the insurance and financial services departments. A stylistic template was then built and filled out with some initial content.

This process helped the AIIB staff to visualise the finished web site and gain ownership. AIIB now maintain their own web site, adding news items and documents as needed.

The finished web site is implemented on their own server using virtualisation technology.
